Precision motion, engineered by AI.
Problems we saw first-hand while designing and building parts — actuator design restarting from scratch for lack of standards, and the long wait before results become visible. Le Bot Designer takes a requirement and returns a reducer design, a joint actuator built around it, and the manufacturing view of both.
Inside Le Bot Designer

What Le Bot Designer does
Design variables captured by LLM
Describe the application in plain language and the model draws out the design variables — ratio, torque, duty cycle, envelope, mounting — instead of asking you to fill in a parameter form.
Design generation and compatibility checks
Geometry is generated from those variables and verified for fit — component compatibility, interfaces and clearances checked across the assembly before anything is exported.
Cost and manufacturability, at design time
Machining route, cycle-time estimate and DFM warnings while the design is still open — the part is priced and checked for producibility before it leaves the screen.
* In development — partner program to be announced.
Toward the complete actuator
Designer is being built outward from the design step, one stage at a time. Each stage stands on the data the previous one produces.
The software comes from the shop floor
Le Bot designs, machines and measures reducers and gears every day. Designer encodes that process knowledge — reducer types, tolerances, machining routes and cost — rather than guessing at it. Every part that goes through the shop makes the next design better informed.
